Bighorn Leadership Development Program

Since 2001, Bighorn Leadership Development Program has offered Coloradans opportunities to become involved in the issues that face the state.  We do this by supplying participants with the tools necessary to develop public policy, run for public office, or engage in community activism.  Bighorn is a hands-on, pragmatic program that includes eight to twelve days of development.  Nearly 400 Colorado leaders are counted among our alumni, including school board members, county commissioners, city council members, state legislators and others. This non-partisan program is offered in collaboration with Colorado State University.
