Leadership Development

Engaged Public offers public leadership development and advising to those interested in, or already in, a position of public service who desire skill-building and training in advocacy and policy development.
We offer Leadership Development either through a customized curriculum and program, or through our prestigious Bighorn Leadership Program, presented in collaboration with Colorado State University's Office of Engagement.

Our approach to leadership development is a real-time, pragmatic, neutral and open-minded education program implemented by actual practitioners and industry experts. Facilitated by the developers of the Bighorn Leadership Program, Engaged Public’s leadership development is well-suited for individuals, companies, organizations and communities interested in creating a customized program to meet their specific needs.

Engaged Public’s Bighorn Leadership Program is a hands-on program taught over the course of four to six months resulting in real-time policy development. Due to the exclusive and experiential nature of the program, it is offered on a limited basis.

Engaged Public offers custom leadership development to boards, foundations and others who need to understand public policy and its relation to the political process.
